Sean Hayes is an International Businessman, Head of an International Law Firm, Former Law Professor, dean, International Attorney and CEO. 


Sean is a 48-year old Irish-Italian first-generation American.  Sean's father immigrated from Ireland and his maternal Italian grandfather (Staiano) learned English via the public school system. 


Sean's father worked as a boiler operator for a power company and his mother worked as a social worker for varying social services agencies.  Sean Hayes is the first Hayes in the family to receive a college education and the first Staiano to receive a post-graduate education.  


Sean spent nearly two decades teaching the value of the rule of law, leading multinational companies and challenging some of the world's largest conglomerates in court and in arbitrations in Asia and North America.


His experience led him to be rated a Top 100 Lawyer in Asia and one of top international lawyers in the world.


He is now coming forward to serve West Haven with his talents, experience, problem-solving skills and pragmaticism.
